I was in a place in my life ready for change. I just clicked with you guys, after the taster sessions I just loved it straightaway. How could I not continue?
What's really interesting for me is that even though we're been taught the same material and tools, everyone will have their big takeaways and lightbulb moments. This then teaches even more, from different people explaining how it fits for them. So even though you've got your own experience, your skillset gets stronger as you're listening to other people's as well. That's what I think is really cool!

I’ve learned how to get more curious and how to ask better questions... to slow the mind down and figure out what's going on underneath, what is real vs what is perceived? What is mine? What is someone else's? All these different questions.

Make sure you get to the live events because it's so impactful. The replays are also great, so you can go back or if you miss it. Just invest in yourself. There's financial investment but also invest time in yourself and really go all in. You'll think about things as you're doing it, not just during the group but for the rest of the week as well.

Personal growth is one of my goals and I knew I had been successful in your business program, and for me I want to work with people that are going to get me the gains I need to push myself, so I felt confident that I would gain growth from joining you and Kristie.
Being a part of this continues to stretch me to grow and challenge. My growth, and to continue to stay healthy and create healthy habits, has really changed me in the last year.
I think this is the first time I've really decided to invest in myself. I realized I had a fear of investing in myself and so that said a lot about me at the time. As a coach, the other thing that's really rewarding is I can see when other people have 'aha' moments.
When is a better time than now to invest in yourself? If you put it off you're going to get the same results in your life that you've always been getting. So if you want to make a change, then make the change to invest in yourself and do the work...

I needed to change.
When I participated in the group and I had insights straightaway I said okay I like that, because it's all about having insights. Every time someone says something in the group you get one. It's about the conversation. I'm a coach, I have also done a lot of coaching for myself, so some things are not new but it's the conversation that makes things click so well.
When you get people and change their beliefs together I think it's a good thing and shows the power of the group.
It's not for everyone. You know I would say wow, it's for people that are ready to level up. People that are ready to dig deeper and really are committed to change. They really are going to change.
